How will  Virtual Physical Therapy help pelvic floor conditions?​

  • Following a discussion about your symptoms during the initial consultation, you will be asked to perform certain movements/positions.

  • Pelvic floor is a reactive group of muscles and reacts to other neighboring areas.

  • We will assess your posture, spine, hips and back.

  • We will then use a pelvic model to guide you to self assess your pelvic floor for tenderness and sensitivity.

  • You will then be coached and guided to perform necessary stretching and/or strengthening exercises along with guidance to different modalities as available to you.
